Topic: Responsive problem on tablet
Hello,
I have a problem of responsiveness on tablet when clicking on the menu as you can see on this video https://www.swisstransfer.com/d/bc2c7d2d-7740-4283-9eba-ee47715201ca – When we open the menu, we can’t scroll down to the end of the menu.
We already had a similar problem on mobile and you fixed it in this ticket https://support.codeless.co/?topic=responsive-bugs-after-upgrading-from-v4-3-0-to-v4-3-2 by adding a line of CSS : body{overflow-x:hidden;}
The problem happens on this website : https://www.digilangues.fr/Can you please have a look and try to fix it?
Many thanks
Best
Dear Support Team,
I am currently experiencing an issue with the theme “Erzen” (horizontal scrolling) on my website http://www.credo-agentur.de.
The anchor points for the menu items have been set correctly, and everything works fine on the mobile version. However, on the desktop version, the anchors do not behave as expected. For example:
When I click on “About”, it takes me to “Work”.
When I click on “Work”, it takes me to “Team”, and so on.
It seems that the navigation always jumps one section ahead of where it is supposed to go.
We have already tried deleting all anchor points and setting them again, but the issue persists. My developer has done everything he could from his side, but the problem remains unsolved.
Could you please support us in finding a solution? Any guidance or technical assistance would be highly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi, I’m currently creating a website for a client using your theme, but I have no idea how to move the hamburger menu to the right side on mobile devices, as it is currently on the left side and I would like it to be on the right.
Topic: Issue with Mobile Menu
Hi,
I’m working on a website using the Picante Restaurant WordPress Theme, and I’ve encountered a problem with the mobile menu:
On mobile view, when clicking the hamburger icon, a black overlay appears, but the menu items do not show up.
It looks like the fullscreen overlay is triggered, but the navigation doesn’t render or is hidden. We’ve checked for CSS conflicts and customizations, but can’t seem to fix it.
Has anyone experienced this issue with the fullscreen menu in Picante?
Any idea how to fix or properly trigger the menu items inside the overlay? Thanks in advance for your help!
