    How do I stop the main menu from automatically expanding and showing sub menu items when viewing the site in mobile view after you click the menu symbol?  I only have one sub menu on my site with 3 separate items appearing.  I would prefer that these 3 items remain hidden until a visitor clicks on the parent menu item.  On my website, ‘www.rat3d.co.uk’ this would be the menu item ‘Information’.

    Hello,

    Sorry for being late to answer but I couldn’t check before now.
    So, I don’t understand what’s going on this theme but now

    – the background header in page CONTACT and HISTOIRE are broken. It doesn’t work anymore. Please can you fix it ? I tried to re-put it several times, clear cache, hard refresh : nothing. It seems empty but it’s not. There are image put in bg but they aren’t displayed.

    -2- regarding size of blog post on mobile, it does not work.
    I cleared cache and made hard refresh.

    regarding blog headers, there is a BIG problem now : I tried to fix the problem but
    -> in modern style : all header sucks ! All style texts are broken and header image has no height. Normally it’s one row.
    -> in classic style all text are ok but no bg image.
    Please, can you fix it ???? I’m not sure the code you ask me to copy-paste will work. It won’t fix the background image problem. I think it’s a general problem for modern and classic style. It worked perfectly before you change something.
    Can you please check .css file ??

    – 6- yep, so there ISN’T header… :) I would like to have a header with a burger menu and a logo. That’s all I want :) I already cleared cache and made hard refresh.

    Thanks a lot for your help,
    Best regards,
    Elise

    It isn’t just the Hero Boxes that have conflicting css that is causing the issue.

    It is happening with the service media icons and image media on the /literacy page as well, and that is after i deactivated all the third party plugins.

    And those are your own plugins for WPbakery. Its like something is forcing a margin/padding on the right side. or pushing all media items to the left. because standard in page headings are centered.

    Plus on top of that when i resize my browser, or in a smaller width responsive screen, the boxed layout content box is shrinking to the left and i have to refresh page to reset it. its happening on mobile devices too.

    See screen shots. and try it yourself. on /literacy.

    plus the search icon in the top menu has now disappeared.

    Ive tried re-installing the theme and it didn’t resolve..

    If you can’t resolve any issues I would like a full refund on this theme because i have already spent too much time stuffing around trying to make it work and I won’t be able to use the Specular theme at all if its this temperamental and buggy.

    When I deactivated the “Slider Revolution” plugin both the sub-menu on the home page on Desktop site and the mobile menu worked fine. I under that “Slider Revolution” is a third party plugin but it was installed part of theme with its package and it is available in the demo data, so can you please suggest a solution for this urgently?

    Hello,

    2-Ok, this is strange now. i chaecked the site in firefox too, this is what i get: Normal desktop: https://postimg.cc/kVvgQFHY
    Resized window: https://postimg.cc/jwyQQ9T0

    For the mobile view, add this code into your Custom Css box:

    @media (max-width: 480px){
    article .post-thumbnail > img {
        min-height: 230px !important;
    }}

    Result screenshot: https://postimg.cc/5YM1RHhY
    Change the value to your wish.

    4-In the Codeless Slider settings i changed the direction of the slider from vertical to horizontal. See screenshot of option: https://postimg.cc/WhfQFF1R

    5-Yes, there is some generated css setting the social simple style that has a list type. This is not present in our theme so i suspect something else in the site is generating it. however, i fixed it by adding this code into your General > Custom Codes > Custom Css:

    ul.social-icons-widget.simple {
        list-style-type: none !important;
        display: inline-flex;
    }
    ul.social-icons-widget.simple li {
        padding-right: 15px;
    }

    And this css for the footer menu:

    ul.menu {
        list-style-type: none !important;
    }

    Best regards!

    Hi,

    2- The Sub-menus on Desktop also do not work and give JQuery error when clicking on it

    Can you please assist in this? The website URL is : https://reachmena.com/site/

    Having an issue with the mobile version where if I click the left burger to open the dropdown and then click it again to close – the burger disappears until I reload the page.

    It only seems to occur on the homepage – the other pages on mobile don’t have the issue.

    Hello,

    Now i have resolved your issue by deactivating the revolution slider from the mobile devices and the menu works.

    Please check it now.

    Hello,

    Cool! I just did the same trick (changing menu style from centered-simple-centered), assigned the mobile menu as main menu when the simple style was ON. Now the mobile menu is ok. See screenshot: https://postimg.cc/image/e5gda7qwn/

    Let me know.
    Best regards!

    Mihala –

    In my notes, I found mention of a conversation we had about this back in 2016 in this thread: https://support.codeless.co/?topic=dropdown-customize-search-results-and-static-google-map. I can’t find any other notes about how we got the responsive site to have a different menu, but up until recently, the menu has been unique.

    If nothing else, I need the menu to be the regular menu for the site – right now it just offers “Home” , “Home”, “Shop”. I tried to see if I could resolve this myself using the information you gave last time, but I can no longer find the option for a “responsive menu style” in Tower or WordPress. Below is a summary of my question and your responses.

    ****

    Question #6: I’ve got my responsive menu style (Tower>Header Options) set to the “side menu” style. However, the menu items showing on this menu (“Home”, “Template Default”, “Agency WordPress” and “Theme”) are not the menu items for my site. When I select the “standard” side menu style, the correct menu shows.

    I can’t figure out how to change this responsive menu. I’ve looked under Tower>Header Options> Menu Options) as well as Appearance>Menus, Appearance>Headers and Appearance>Widgets. Where do I set this?

    Mihala: 6-This is strange. I checked it on our side and it does not happen. Please send us your ftp credentials in a private reply. We need to check the menu files.

    Rebecca:  When I select the “standard” side menu style, the correct menu shows. In the screenshots I sent you privately, you can see what I mean.

    Mihala: I fixed it. The “Right menu” is showing up in mobile now. Since the current menu is different from the normal menu (it is composed by two different menus), the side menu in mobile called the main menu, which was undefined.So i switched back to simple menu, assign the “Right menu” to it, then switched back to left-right menu style.

    Please check your site and let us know.

    Rebecca: Thank you! I changed the menu items to be what I want, so it all works great now.

    Hi,

    on the site http://www.oltremateria.it

    I made top-header visible on smartphone screen, placing this css in specular settings:

    @media (max-width: 767px){

    .top_nav { display: block !important;}

    }

    @media (max-width: 480px){

    .header_10 #logo { left: 5% !important; }

    .mobile_small_menu { top: 35% !important;}

    #logo img {max-height: 40px !important;}

    }

    It’s ok but all the content of top header comes down too much. Do you know how can I move it a little up in his right position?

    Regards

    Marco

    Today I noticed that my mobile dropdown menu is not correct. It is only showing “home” and “shop”, rather than the menu I created for it back when I built the site. I have not changed any of the settings for the menus or headings.

    Can you help me troubleshoot this?
