I see that you use a older version of the theme. Please try to update the theme this will resolve your problem with registration too. Anyway if you want to maintain this version you are free to use this unregistered version so i can register you manually on the database.

You can also make the update manually, by download the new version from themeforest.net and replace the folder folie on /wp-content/themes.
Step 1 – Go to “wp-content > themes” location and backup your “folie” theme folder by saving it to your computer, or you can choose to simply delete it. Your content will not be lost. Step 2 – Retrieve the newly downloaded “folie.zip” file from your hard-drive and extract the file to get the “folie” theme folder. Step 3 – Import the new “folie” theme folder into “wp-content > themes” location. Choose to “Replace” the current one if you did not delete it. Step 4 – Lastly, update the included plugins. Go to your “wp-content/plugins” folder. Find and delete the plugins that came with the theme. Go back to your wordpress dashboard, a notification message letting you know there are required plugins that need to be installed. Follow the on screen steps.
Yes, it is possible to copy shortcodes. You have to edit the pages with WordPress Editor and copy their content to another page and after try to edit with Page Customizer. Please let me know which version of the theme have you installed ? If you want i can try to install the demo for you.
