You can select the style or the arrows at revolution slider settings -> Navigation.
If you want different style, then you must style it your self by adding custom css code.
The Visual Composer 4.4.3 is included in the latest theme version. To update the plugin:

Please download the latest theme version, it has included the latest VC version 4.4.3 (specular/plugins/js_composer.zip). Uninstall the old version of the plugin and install the new one.
Yes, it’s true but it returns the ajax response on the contact form page, you have added it in a popup windows, so it reloads. You can fix it with a js workaround.

I don’t see any issue. What version of Firefox do you have? Do you have extensions installed?
What theme version do you have installed?
Please download the latest version 1.2.9.
If you still have the issue, then its a host issue, because the host must have execution time and memory limits. Contact your host provided to increase them.
The images require more time to be downloaded.
