The demo data are saved in DB when imported, you can do it manually, sorry. You can install the theme in a localhost, import dummy data then import the database to the server (also you should replace all the links on DB).
You must turn on ‘Subtitle for this page’ at page options https://www.clipular.com/c/5527232996966400.png?k=CVMXYmnLFy9oDsLTJONjgWEg9Ww.
I have fixed this issue. You have only to update visual composer.
Now the visual composer works ok and you can drag and drop elements without problem.

Please try to remove some text from the portfolio items titles:
PALENTINA DE AUTOMÓVILES PALENCIA CITROËN
and
MOURENTE MOTOR AUTOMOCIÓN PONTEVEDRA
This causes the issue, the titles are long and that makes the other portfolio items to move down.
We will fix it on the next theme update.
