Yes this is the best way to do it. Also you have to check in the plugins section if one of your plugin need to be updated, after you have updated the theme. Plugins like Visual Composer is included within the theme so when you update the entire theme we also tend to update the WpBakery Visual Composer to the latest update.

We can try to update the theme automatically with envato market. The latest version can be checked in the themeforest.net theme profile: https://themeforest.net/item/tower-businessdriven-multipurpose-wp-theme/11941335#item-description__updates
Normally the best way to update the theme is manually. You have to replace the old tower folder with the new you will download from themeforest.net.

Normally the System Status works ok on different hosting providers.
Adding this constants on wp-config don’t mean that you can change the hosting variables. Most hosting providers don’t let you to change the hosting variables from the shared hosting account with php config files.

We are trying to fix it but seems impossible. The problem is caused by the WooCommerce plugin.

Theme is updated.
1. I have updated the theme directly form the Codeless menu on the WordPress Dashboard
2. Go to Plugins > Update Codeless Builder
You can also made this manually:
1. Replace the folder /wp-content/themes/folie with the new version folder of the theme
2. Delete Codeless Buider Plugin, Go To Appearance > Plugins > Install Codeless Builder.
3. Update Kirki plugin into Plugins > Kirki > Update.
