Deactivating, deleting and re-installing the Envato WordPress Toolkit did temporarily resolve this, but once I updated the Envato plugin from 1.7.1 to 1.7.3, the status of Envato WordPress Toolkit on the theme Install Plugins dashboard showed as “Not Installed” again. I will leave this alone, as it does not seem to cause any issues.
