I also was extremely disappointed with the customer service that I received after buying the Tower theme. And I recognize that your employees deserve vacation time, but if your lack of staff is going to affect your ability to carry your promises, then you need to communicate that to potential customers (not just people that already invested in your product) that are counting on your theme for their business and income. I had to go with another solution after panicking about the lack of Tower customer support, and I’ll be contacting Envato for a refund as well.
in reply to: Visual Composer not workingHello, I also get an unending loading sign when I try to use Visual Composer. I’ve tried updating the VC plugin, according to the instructions in the article that you’ve linked above, but I’m not able to, and get an error message stating “<span style=”color: #444444; font-family: ‘Open Sans’, sans-serif; line-height: 19.5px;”>You cannot delete a plugin while it is active on the main site.” </span> I deactivate the plugin, but when I try deleting it, I get the same error message.
I’ve tried activating the VC license, but according to wpbakery.com, I have no valid license for VC.
I’m extremely frustrated finding any sort of help on any of your support forums, especially with search functionality being currently disabled. Please help.
I also have other questions that I’ve posted in the support forums, but haven’t heard any response or acknowledgement. Is there a standard time to expect a support response by?
