Yes I would prefer to use ONE Page. But I have inserted Blog carousel that only list the titles. When user clicks on titles it takes them to a post. When I use One Page I can’t get back to any of the menus except the home page. Is there a way around this? I would prefer because when I looked at this fix this morning all the menus are orange with line permanently above each menu title. The way it should work and does in one page, is the menus are turquoise color text, when you pass over them with the mouse they should turn orange with the line above. Did something change on the template side that has this not working as it did originally? Thanks again.

I also just put up the menu 2 which as absolute addresses and one page turned off. Not working. So..something else has changed and it isn’t obvious to me. Thank you again

The credentials are correct. But just in case I logged out of everything and recreated the same password. Then logged back in with the credentials. Please try again. Not sure what could be going on. Sorry for duplicate emails…I think I got a little desperate thinking that my support license issues was causing me not to hear from anyone. I’ll communicate just directly through this. Thanks much again.

it still isn’t working. There must be something else going on. Could you check my page out and see if anything is obvious?

I have TWO menu…one that works as ONE page and the other Menu2 that has full links. It is Menu2 that I can’t get to work. Thank you for your help. I’m buying a backup service if you are wondering why I just didnt go to backup. I had been backing up to my machine. My machine crashed and is in repair. Desperate to get this working. Thanks

Hi Mihaila…I’m trying to reconcile with Envato that I have already paid for extended support for your product. If I don’t hear anything today I’ll just rebuy it…because I really do need help by tomorrow. It is in regard to the post above about one-page and section ID. I had everything working then mistakenly deleted my menu system. In rebuilding I can’ get it to work…I think I’m following what you said. You absolute address and turn off one page. Something else is going on or I’m forgetting to do one step. Could you take a look at my site? Thank you, Marsha

Hi there again…I’ve confused myself. Everything working then I mistakenly deleted my menu structure (I know I’ll get current backup going). Anyway…I had it all working so the menus worked with the one page and then when I went to blog (seperate page) they all worked to get me back to the one page. Can’t remember the structure: In each menu should i put the URL plus the section number? as example http://www.segraveassociates.com/#Sec1….

I have turned off ONE page in the general settings… I think I’m just misunderstanding the structure again. Your help is appreciated.

One last question and then I’m launching!!! When you go into http://www.segraveassociates.com, for a slight second the TOP of the first section is displayed rather than going directly to the slider revolution and displaying the landing slides? Anyway I can fix this? Thanks much

Hi Mihaila

I think I have misunderstood how to use ONE Page correctly and that has caused me layers of problems. I think now I have figured it out. Let me know if this is true. You can’t have ONE PAGE on if you have other Pages in the system. For example in my case I had BLOG as another page. The problem started when I couldn’t get from BLOG back to a SECTION under the one page until I put in ABSOLUTE addresses. However once I did that and turned off ONE PAGE then the sections did not work at all. So I believe that in order to use ONE PAGE with sections within ONE PAGE everything needs to be on that ONE page. CORRECT? I have put the BLOG now in as a section and ONE Page is working. If using Absolute addresses in my menu system, not just #sec1 as example, and then turning ONE PAGE off, causes everything not to work as sections. Or at least that is what trial and error has taught me this morning. Thanks again for your consistent help.

I figured it all out. I was trying to use the timeline in a similar fashion to final cut pro. There you can easily zoom in and out and scroll through the timeline to see everything, even if the video is longer. It doesn’t seem you can do that with the slider in this plugin. But perhaps it is something I yet have to discover.

Also…the video magically started working again. Not sure why, but I’m thankful for those types of miracles.

Hi. Thanks for all you help. I think I went off on a tangent because I was having so much trouble playing a video. But now that I know I’m not operating with a lesser version here are my questions:

1) When I insert a video into a slide my I set the start and end time for the length of the video but when I look at the timeline it seems to only play for a few seconds. When I stretch the timeline to full 3 minute video it takes forever as the timeline does not move with the scroll. Is there a workaround? Can you zoom in and out of timeline so you can see longer playing times?

2) Today when I went back in to adjust everything and start again…I find that it can’t even find my video. So I tried another video and it couldn’t find that one. The videos are there and up on Youtube. I’m putting in the correct ID, but it continues to report that I have some thumbnail image set and I have an incorrect video ID. Since this was all working at one point (except for my problems with the timeline and adjusting it to the full length of the video) I’m a little perplexed this morning. I appreciate your help. Marsha
