I bought the theme in themeforest and I don’t know if have to download all the files and documentations or only installation file (.zip file). Then, what files or folder should I copy? And where should I paste it in cpanel? Excuse me for my basic questions, buy I am inexpert about it, I want to learn and make the things right.
Well, I didn’t make any changes to the theme files. I installed just one plugin –> Contact form 7. So, I think this is not the problem. Maybe it could be the host, but I don’t know. Should I uninstall the theme, download it again and reinstall it, first? And then, if the issue persists, check the host? In this order.
