I am having the same issue today. I get the default specular theme but cannot change to business 2. It also wont change to any other theme’s inside the specular package

Please help.

Edit: I have updated my profile details as the youtube video was what I had already attempted. I purchased specular as I wanted just to have to update the wording content on the site not have to bugger around with everything else
