Finally I added the extra fields. In some place of wp configuration should be an error that do the order-received in checkout final buton step redirect to empty cart url …. all other process to purchase works correctly unless the url redirect the client.
I cant give u credentials because the support time has expired i think. If i extend support service you can help me to fix this problem? I want to cry, i dont know what to do more.
Almost sure this should be a little mistake of configuration. :(
