I have set a new masonry layout for 3 columns:
you can edit it on specular/view/portfolio/loop-masonry.php

then change this:
$masonry_order[3] = array('2', '1', '1', '1', '1', '1', '1', '1', '2', '1', '1', '2', '1', '1', '1', '1');
replace the numbers with the size of each portfolio item on the masonry. 2 – means 2/3 of masonry size 1 – means 1/3 3 – full image row 3/3

This happen because you have not installed/used the custom WPBakery version that comes with the Folie theme. You need to remove it totally and install the theme version.
