I am using the Folie theme and is not loading either it sticks in the loading window after i click to edit

Hi, I´m building my first site and I have no experience at all doing this, I´m almost done but I can´t add links to the icons, I am reading the response you gave but honestly, I don’t know where to find the file vc_templates\services_medium.php and once it is saved with the new code, how is the information updated in the template. </span>

Can you please assist me with that?
