That is just a row, separated in two columns. The first one contains the FAQs elment and the second one contains a heading and text. Just open your page with Codeless Builder and delete these elements.
You can leave the row as it is or change the structure to one column. So it is full-width.
Deactivate all third party plugins first. Update theme, then proceed in updating/installing any plugin that is included in the theme. You should see the message in the dashboard.
After this, start activating the third party plugins one at a time. One of them could be conflicting.
First, please try separating the services. Put 3 services in the first row and then create a different row under the first. Add the other 3 services in the new row.
