All included slider are under the ‘slider‘ folder and none has any issue being imported into the Revolution slider options.
Please make sure to have installed the plugin first. The “revslider.zip” file is the installation zip file used to install the Revolution plugin. This is already included in theme under the “tower/plugins” folder.

Yes, you can do that using the media element.
1-Images: add the media gallery element and select the images to show as gallery. After adding the images to add in the gallery, make sure to add the custom links for each image in the media gallery options.

2-Videos: Just add two Video elements side by side, you can do this by splitting a row in two columns. In the video element options add the video link. See screenshot: https://postimg.org/image/5pe7nfxlx/
To register with a new licence, you need to create a new account. However, you can keep on using this one. You will still get all the support you need!

I understand. I tested the same work flow and there is no issue posting/publishing new portfolio posts from the “Portofolio > Add new (+)” option in the Customizer.
Can you please send us some valid wp credentials in a private reply? So we can give it a closer look and find out the issue on your side.
That’s not possible with the theme options as they will apply to the entire site. But you can set up a transparent header in the theme options and set up a gradient only for home, using custom css. I can give you that css. Just make the header transparent first.
