The purchase code you got with theme is to identify as a theme buyer and register into this support forum. It’s not valid for the included plugins!
We have purchased extended licenses for all included plugins. This means they can be used by any one purchasing our theme as long as they use the version included in theme folder. To use them, just install plugin from Plugins menu and activate again from the Plugins menu. This is enough to use the sliders normally. There is no need to activate it in the slider’s options.
The only restriction of this type of licence is that you can not update it on your own terms.
The rules of the marketplace don’t allow us to give the plugin activation code. You can use the existing version without any problem. We update frequently all theme plugins to their latest versions in almost every theme release or in case when an urgent update is needed. So they are always fully compatible with the current theme version.
If you want to buy a license by yourself this is allowed, but we thought that this isn’t needed because the version included works perfectly.
You are free to make the choice that best fits your needs.

I did a minor change in the tel number in your contact page (added a dot), saved and refreshed page. The change was successful. Then changed it back to the original form and again the changes were saved well. See this screenshot.

The errors present in your installation are due to the site’s language. This affects JavaScript heavy sites such as the widget screen and customizer, as the fatal error prevents further code execution.
A temporary workaround while we look into this is to change your own users language in the back-end (if you don’t wish to change the language used for your site in general), this can be done from your profile page.
Please try changing your wordpress language in Settings > General > Sprache der Website, from “Deutsch (Sie)” to just “Deutsch”.
Let us know if the issue persists after it.
This is the Blog element of Visual Composer and it’s not overwritten by theme. This means it’s files are only in the plugin and not styled for this theme. To fix the crop and change the button color to your site’s main color please add this code into your custom css box in General Options:

There are only a few changes you can do to improve speed. Such as take care of redirects and minify css & javascript.

The backend login was needed in order to check out the configuratons. But you have already altered theme with additional styling and js code. Please know that we do not offer support for third party editing.
Can you remove the additional code for a day? So we can check out your site’s default condition in both browsers without additional changes.
