The text in top navigation area, is just that, a text. I removed it as an element from the page’s custom options (screenshot). The top navigation area is still present. You can add other elements or text again if you want in the future.
The menu can be styled in Tower > Header Options > Menu Options. To allow the menu to jump to an anchor in page, you need to have set the site as a one page site. Or use full links to menu instead of just the id.
Where are you using the font in mobile?

Except from the files version number, what issues are you experiencing with the product page?
Visual Composer is not the reason for whatever is happening in your site now. I suggest you disable all third party plugins you have in these sites. Do you have any adblock add-on installed in your browser? If not, install one and try again.

When you select a column, the column options should unfold in the left sidebar. Are you not getting this? Can you post a screenshot or screen recording of the situation? So we can understand you better.
