Hello,

Theme does not have any issue with Visual Composer. It is used by many other customers and this has never happened. So it must be something on your side.

The wordpress dashboard gives many options but to investigate the cause of the error, we need ftp access.
Have you checked the access rights? Does another folder of Visual Composer already exists in wp-content/plugins location?
Did you made any changes recently? Did you install any new third party plugin? How did you delete the plugin?
We need information to understand what is causing this.
Please go to your support profile (https://support.codeless.co/?bbp_user=1516) and fill in the credentials for ftp access. This information is visible only to you and support admins. So it is secure.

Hello,

If you would just have deleted plugin from the Plugins menu, the folder (which is already incorporated in theme package), would display a message in the dashboard. Requiring for it’s installment (at VC is essential to theme options).

I tried to install it as a normal plugin, by importing the files from an external source (not relating to theme at all), and yes it does say: ” Install package not available”.
What exactly have you done? We need more information to solve the situation.

Send us your ftp credentials in a private reply, so we can keep investigating this further.

Please note that:
-Theme is not complicated, it just has many features for our customers to be able to create thousands of different and unique websites. To understand how to manage it and get the best out of it, we always recommend to read the documentation first! You can find it included in theme package or online. (I already included the link in my oldest replies).
-This is a mistake made from your side solely not a theme fault so technically it is not included in support. However we are happy to help you out. We require only for your cooperation and understanding.

Hello,

I see you have the latest theme version and as you say, the latest Visual Composer too. So this should not be happening. We tested it on our side and the Media Grid element, doe snot give this issue.
What other plugins do you have installed? I see some js errors in your site. Please try to deactivate them all. Then enable one at a time to find the one causing it.
If you still have this problem, then please send us your wp credentials (username/passw) in a private reply. So we can give it a closer look.

I see the alt showing in media (screenshot). As for the portfolio items, i already send you the code to change in my replies above (for file includes/view/portfolio/loop-grid.php).

Hello,

I checked the Layerslide in Safari browser but i do not see any white space. The slider is displaying just like in chrome browser (see screenshot).
Can you send a screenshot of the issue you are seeing?

There is not theme option to edit particular the sub-menu items font. But you can change them with custom css. Add the code into your Custom Css box.

Hello,

I did this test:
– I opened file style.css via the ftp credentials you send. I edited the theme’s name in it (see screenshot). Then i cleaned the cache and refreshed page. The change is not appearing (screenshot).

So there are two possibilities,
1– the reason you are not seeing the changes made is because you are making those edits into the wrong theme. The theme you are using is not the one you have made changes to, or
2-your host is really slow in updating theme files and display the new edited site online.

I can’t check if you have other theme copies installed in your wp-content/themes folder, with these much access rights in ftp and wp. So you have to check it yourself.
If you have only one theme installed and there is no way to have edited a theme that is not in use, then i suggest you contact your host provider.
