Sorry but that is not possible with theme options. The header and footer are independent sections. A workaround is that you could add the same image in page header’s section in General Settings > Page header Options > Page header background. And set the footer background using custom css code.
What theme version do you have? Please make sure to have the latest version installed first. You can download a copy from your Envato account. Then proceed with Visual Composer update. Follow the steps described here.

What purchase code did you put in it? The theme’s one? That is for this forum registration only. Not to update included plugins.
Please know that all the included plugins, Revolution Slider too, have extended licenses. This means they can be used by any one purchasing our theme as long as they use the version included in theme folder. You can not update it on your own terms with this type of licence.
The rules of the marketplace doesn’t allow us to give the plugin activation code. You can use the existing version without any problem. We update frequently all theme plugins to their latest versions in every theme release or in case when an urgent update is needed. So they are always fully compatible with the current theme version.
If you want to buy a license by yourself this is allowed, but we thought that this isn’t needed because the version included works perfectly.
We haven’t tested this plugin. You can try to deactivate all other plugin to check if any of them is conflicting with it. If the issue persists then it is not compatible with theme.
PS: Please note that we do not support third party plugins.
Unfortunately i can’t access the site. Please check with your Host if it doesn’t accept XML files to import. The dummy data files need to be archived as gzip.

Theme has a bunch of available demos for you to import and use, but you can only import one demo at a time. In each import action all previous data and settings will be overwritten, so you must proceed with caution.

Please try uninstalling the template and reinstall it again. If that won’t do, install this workaround from Redux as plugin so that CDN files will be served locally in your server instead of loading it remotely.

Sorry but using Visual Composer is possible only in pages. Adding other elements in portfolio single items, requires changes in theme code that are not included in support service.
If you must have it, i suggest you to hire a developer to do it for you.
