Yes, i am afraid it is not possible having two portfolio elements with pagination in the same page. The script of the pagination is the same for all elements that use pagination. So when you go to second page of first portfolio, the script will execute for the second portfolio as well.
If you must have all portfolio items in homepage, i can suggest you add just one portfolio with categories (paintings; sculptures).
Try this out first. Let us know if the jumping to top persists with the new structure as well.

All css added in Custom css box is stored in the database so it’s very safe! Don’t worry, no matter how much you update theme, this css will not be lost.
We got the email with the list of the plugins active & inactive.
First, please know that the child theme is optional. If you do not have intentions in changing theme files than you may as well just activate the parent theme.

-Child theme’s are depended to a parent theme. If you have uploaded only the child theme files of a certain theme (Bridge in this case), but in the same time the actual theme is not uploaded (in wp-content/themes folder).. then this message will show. It’s nothing serious. Just either upload the Bridge theme too, or just remove it’s child theme from theme’s.
I see the header is already transparent. But the main content is after header div. That’s why header looks white. Added this css to reposition main content in mobile so it’s under the header, making it look transparent.
Some styling settings are inherited from your previous site settings. Like primary color and logo. I already changed the primary color in Specular > Styling Options > Primary Color.
This is actually the default homepage design. The only things missing are images (not included in order to decrease the upload file size! Some servers have little amount of upload file size allowed).
As mentioned in my last reply, there are important files that are not being loaded. This is a server issue. All files need to be loaded when called, so the options can be displayed properly.
There is no problem with theme. It’s tested and works very well out of the box for hundreds other users. Please contact your host and check out file access rights.
Please do the following actions as well:
1-Deactivate third party plugins (plugins that did not came with theme);
2-Update wordpress;
3-Check your php version in the server; It needs to be version 7.1 or higher;
