You can access these files only via ftp. Go to your wordpress installation files and follow this path:wp-content\themes\tower\includes\view\portfolio\... in the last folder you will find all above files.

The included files of Woocommerce have no issue working and being fully compatible with theme files. Despite the warnings, you can use Woocommerce without any issue.
Sometimes there are no changes made to a file from a version to another, just the version number. The files that have major changes, have been updated.
However, i will notify the developer team and we will update these two as well in the upcoming theme update.

The title for search page, is set up by default. There is not an option to set it on/off. Did you made any changes to theme files(except the suggested above)?
Can i please see a link where is this running? If you can send us the wp credentials in a private reply, that would be better.

That is just a notice, it does not mean that the code does not work. We have tested it and it should be ok. Maybe there are other errors in your site that do not let it take effect.
