If you are not seeing this in your site, then you may have had an error in installing theme. Try to re-upload a fresh copy of theme files via ftp in your wp-content/themes folder.

1-The three bars in the right side of the menu are called “Extra Side Navigation”, is located in General Options > Layout. I set it OFF, but in case you want to use it in the future, just set it ON. You can add widgets to it in Appearance > Widgets.
2-Yes, that is called sticky menu and you can set it ON/OFF in General Options > Header Options > Sticky Header Menu.
3-To have the contact form, you should have installed the Contact Form 7 plugin. It’s free and fully compatible with theme. I already installed it and set up the contact form in your Contact page.
You have installed the “Intuitive Custom Post Type”, the recommended plugin is “Post Type Order”. I deactivated the first one, and installed the second one. To reorder portfolio items go to Portfolio Items > Reordenar. Just drag and drop items to the order you want them. I ordered them already as the screenshot you send above.
You can use this plugin for other post types too. Find a full list of it in Ajustes > Post Types Order.
You have an old version of the theme and also a js error. What version of the Revolution slider do you have installed? Please update theme and slider to their latest versions first. let us know if the issue persists.
Make sure to have all necessary access rights for all theme files.

You still have the error mentioned earlier. Please make sure you have all access rights, and that every theme file is getting accessed. The text overlapping is not normal. It does not happen on our side.
