in reply to: WPBakery Visual Composer UpdateHello,
We will check again the latest version included in theme. However, please know that any version included is perfectly compatible and functional. You can still install, activate and use the current visual composer. There is no issue with it.
All included plugins have extended licenses. This means only us can update them. We do update all plugins in every theme update, to their latest version in the time of theme release. If in between theme updates, some of them get new versions, you can either wait for us to update them. Or purchase a personal license and update directly by yourself. However, this is not necessary because all included plugins are always functional and compatible.
You can read more about this policy here: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins
Best regards!
in reply to: WPBakery Visual Composer UpdateHello,
Are you attempting to update the plugin directly? WP Bakery is one of the included plugins. You should update it only after a theme update. See these articles for more info:

in reply to: Tower theme update- all hyperlinks brokenHello,
I can’t replicate the situation from my side. So you must install the new theme update again. You can rename the new version folder and add it in your wp-content/themes folder. So you have both versions installed and switch from one to another quickly.
Note: As far as i remember you had some customizations made to theme code in the past. By updating theme, all these changes are overwritten. So keep in mind that if any of these custom made functionalities does not work anymore, it’s due to theme update.

in reply to: Import Template Dummy Content FrozenHello,
Please increase your server load time and file upload size. Then, make sure to have installed all required plugins first, before importing demo data.
Try again and let us know.

in reply to: Missing copyright and social media icons 3.1Hello,
Usually after a big update, some widgets are displaced to the “Inactive widgets” area in Appearance > Widgets. If the copyright area does not have any widget in it, it will not show up even if it’s set ON in the settings. So, please go to your widgets first and make sure to have add them in footer/copyright.

Best regards!in reply to: QUESTION ABOUT DEMO IMPORTHello,
1-The online demo is a presentation of every possible combination of all theme’s options.
To break it down to more compact examples, the demo sites are created. That you can import.
The default demo contains the most number of pages. Other demos, depending on the style of the demo, may contain less (some even just as much as 5 pages). This is not an issue as you can still create countless pages using the same theme options and Visual Composer elements available.
Adding more pages to default demo would increase un-neccesarly the dummy data size. Creating issues with some servers that do not have much file upload limit size/time configured.2-Child theme is used to further customize theme code in order to have different styles/layouts. See more info here: https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/advanced-topics/child-themes/
3-The images are not imported. This is done to further decrease dummy data size. You can upload your own licensed images. Or if you must have the same images, then download then directly from the online site.
4-Please take the time to check theme’s video tutorials to see live how you can customize it:
https://youtu.be/dpS6ldRLZSgThis way you can edit demo content and add new pages to your wish, in very little time.
Best regards!
