Sorry for the late reply.
Are you attempting to install plugins from a child theme admin panel? If so, please don’t. You have to install all required plugins from the parent theme. Please check you internet connection too.
If you can, send us your wp credentials in a private reply, so we can give it a closer look.

I can perfectly see your site using chrome browser. Did you fix your issue? If the site gets to open with no issue in other browsers, that means it’s browser issue. Maybe your chrome was corrupted or needed a cache cleaning.

You have an old version of Specular theme. Please update it to it’s latest version and let us know if the issue persists. Also please update the visual composer along with it. The latest version has many issues solved.

In the demo, the height is approximately 1050px. In your home, slider is 700px in height. Also neither in the demo, the background doesn’t stay still.

Ps: the demo is of an older version and this kind of parallax is already removed from newest updates. We will not add it again. We can only help you achieve it on your side.
