Hello,
The staff is aligned properly. The third staff has three lines of description, while the last staff member has two. So that makes the previous one to have a bigger height. As for the three dots (…) they are added when the next word to follow is longer than it’s sett up to show.

Sorry i misunderstood you above. You can have the extra side navigation in left or right of the site. And add content to it in Appearance > Widgets. You can not have two different side navigation per site.

The code inserted into your custom css box, will not be affected in any of theme’s updates. Nor will the plugins. Only the theme files you have edited will be overwritten.
That blank space was caused by the share’s button. Please add this line into your custom css box:.blog-article ul.shares { display: none;}Best regards!

What service element are you talking about? In the services that allow linking, you should set the link (either external, with https:// or internal: #section_id) in the ‘Link’ text box.
The ‘Extra Class Name’ is used to add new css class or in One Page sett up.Best regards!

I fixed the margin for the slider container. Also i added this code:
@media (max-width: 979px) and (min-width: 768px){ .single_portfolio_floating .vc_col-sm-12 { width: 28% !important;} }for the floating sidebar.
