I can see both the icons and mobile menu in your site. You probably deleted by mistake some important css class and after reinstalling theme, got them back. but because of cache plugin already saving the first version of the theme, couldn’t see them just yet.
Please clear cache and try again. This is what i see: screenshot.
into your custom css box, to align it with the menu. I disabled the languages flags from displaying in top header right.
You have a cache plugin installed and that is why you weren’t able to see the changes.

It is not possible to change it from the source code, but you can select another header for this (example: “Menu Item With Border Bottom”). And add the three shortcodes as widgets in top header.
You have changed theme folder name to /specular_old2. This leads to errors since it breaks many important links. Please change it back to the default and then we’ll check again if the issues will persist.

The theme is responsive and it detects all kind of devices it’s accessed. You do not need any other plugin for this. Please disable the third party plugins and enable responsive mode in General Options.
Yes, that should be more than enough. It depends on the host. You may want to increase the execution time limit, maybe that’s the culprit. However, as i previously said, the attachment include only the images, which are for demonstration purpose only. You should upload your own images.
