If you’re only using it once, you can modify the button element to open in new tab and let the ‘Call to Action’ element intact. I’m suggesting to edit the element you can use only once in the page.

Yes, it will apply to all Call-to-Action buttons, since all of them are generated from one file. Sorry but it is not possible for just one button. You can use the button element for this purpose.

The Layer slider does not have any issue with html text. Please make sure you are adding the text with html tags in the “HTML/Video/Audio” tab of slide option.
For the transition, make sure there is only one 2D transition selected. Even if the 3D are unselected, you have more than one 2D transition.

Please make sure you are adding the right google map url. It should be like this, example: https://www.google.com/maps/embed?pb=!1m18!1m12!1m3!1d24178.238728280507!2d-74.03642767030202!3d40.755869437983435!2m3!1f0!2f0!3f0!3m2!1i1024!2i768!4f13.1!3m3!1m2!1s0x89c2576b66c69541%3A0x8559a90ad721149!2s90+Charles+St!5e0!3m2!1sen!2sus!4v1401374000847 (screenshot). When copying the google maps url, you may have copied the
<iframe>tag too. That can cause for the dashboard to show instead of the map.
