No, site language has nothing to do with theme options. You can’t find that option because is in another theme. You have Specular installed, but the ticket is opened in Folie theme forum. So i assumed you had Folie installed.

-To add icons under slider and above footer, you need to follow the same structure as this row. Add an icon to the row under slider and add margin-top to make it go up.
Add an icon to the row above footer (page’s last row), and add margin-bottom to make it go down.

I reset permalinks and now it’s ok. The permalinks where set to date/time format. Just make sure to open menus directly from Restaurant Menu in wordpress dashboard.

I don’t get that when i open your site from chrome. It must be a browser difference. Please add this css in Customize > General > Custom Codes > Custom Css:
Portfolio element has different styles and many have the option to only open the featured image apart. What style have you selected? Can i please see a link of the page?
