You do not answer my questions. I bought in a 3rd developer to figure out this theme and they could not work with it. You must feel that you can ignore me after I purchase this theme. The true cost has been how you have wasted my time. We have spent over $1000 in development costs. We tried to create templates as workarounds but still they can not add sidebars.

I liked the layout of some pages but what a cost it was to try to develop or customize this theme. You are terrible and so is you codeless builder. Call it clueless builder because it impedes development. I will not waste any more time with this. You owe me $1000 and I may seek legal remedy. Get ready for a fight now.

We bought this template because we liked the design of some pages.
These page designs turned out to be portfolio pages.

1. How do you use these portfolio pages as regular pages?
2. ALSO to not show up in a portfolio folder?
3. How do you add a sidebar to a page?
We do not see a way to add design items such sidebars and icons when building a page.
We see how to edit them when they exist on a page, but not any way to add them.
Sidebars should be added to any page in WordPress, but when we bring up the layout tool this appears absent.
4. How do you add an icon to a page?
ICONS
We deleted an icon from a pre-designed column and there appears no way to bring it back. We see existing icons bring up a menu to change an icon, but if you delete icon how do you add it back.

Menu dropped down – who knows how.
Elements dropped to 100% width etc etc

I never edited anything today but there it is.

I deactivated theme because it blew up – like the settings blew up (like with outdated wp updates).

I will reactivate and create user for you to see.

I cannot use this theme. Not because of the theme but your support sucks.
I cannot fight with you. Demo is incomplete. You could not have looked.

This way of getting help is bullshit. Nothing got fixed. Pages and Menu still missing/corrupt. This is my 22nd year of web development so I know what I am talking about.

After a week of ISSUES you have blown me off almost every time.
I bought this for the missing pages – they are still missing despite how sure you are. Why dont you look at my menu and compare it to your own demo.
Apparently you are not familiar with the pages
The pages are missing whether you call them “Portfolio Items” or pages.
You blew me off again saying you are sure the pages (“Portfolio Items”
) are there.

Still never answered – no pages – no menu – no portfolio items – no testimonials –

Code dominates every VISUAL or TEXT window in WP. There is no visual – it sucks!

The icon on the top is missing – AND Your code builder is rigid and it sucks – it has issues. There are copy and clone functions but no PASTE – no SAVE. Intermittent!
There is no way to paste or drag and drop. There is no menu in code builder the bring up a way to replace icon.

I can’t waste MORE time on you or your theme. And I will complain to ENVATO for additional scrutiny of this theme. I lost a week on this crap!!!!

1. Well.. I still do not have the pages installed that made me buy this template. Now I’m pissed. None of these pages are in my version of this so called demo.

2. Why is there so much code in every edit window in wordpress

After a week of back and forth. I get one issue answered every day. I have wasted 6 days on this. Are you kidding me! You have wasted my time. This design is hard to edit. My eyes are going crazy trying to find the text among the code bloat. Terrible!

I have 20 years of web development experience. Very disappointed.
