Thank you. I created a fresh installation of wordpress and installed the 10.0.8 updated theme there – instead of on my existing wordpress instance. It is working fine now… Except for one thing… The Top Widget Area.
In 1.0.7, I can turn on the top widget area by clicking into the “Top Widgetized Area” section of the theme options (under Header Options). In 1.0.8, the “Top Widgetized Area” looks totally different. In 10.0.8, how do I activate the top widget area? I can supply screenshots.
When I posted this problem to Theme Forest, you told me to post here to get more information. Please respond. In the ThemeForest forum, you said that the issue is with my server and the version of php it is running? I am happy to call my host provider and talk to them, I just need more information from you all about the specific issue and what to tell the support guys at my host. Thank you.

I’m having a couple issues. First, most of the dummy pages look great/normal from the back end, but when I update the page and try to view it, the whole page is white… Here is an example: https://dev.virtualproptrader.com/about-us-2-2/
Also, the Header Options on each page are not saving. When I edit those options and click the Update button, all the settings are deleted instead of saved. I edit the Header Options, click Update, view the page and there’s no header. I go back to the edit screen and none of the previous settings have been preserved – all fields are blank. What is wrong? Whether I use the update button via the visual editor or the Update button in the Publish box in the right column, the settings are not saved.
