I bought this theme 3 days ago yet I’m still waiting to be able to download the demo data? unreal….
I already requested a refund so I can erase this theme from my system and find another with a true “hassle free” experience and “at least” better support.
Its been two days and I’m still unable to use the theme with the Dummy Data. How long does this take to resolve? Will I have to deal with this each time I want to try to download one of the sample sites?
Could I get some help with this please? I’m yet to be able to set the site up due to this main issue…. I left it running last night but still the same, I’m unable to load any dummy data
