in reply to: Sidebar Settings Lost after theme update
I don’t understand your comment – nothing has changed in the sidebar content on my website. The only changes are your theme and WordPress. Each sidebar uses the Navigation Menu widget – this has always been the case and has never changes. The styling of the sidebar has been lost in the past due to one of your theme updates and you resolved it then. Now it has happened again. How do I get the sidebar looking like it did before please?
in reply to: Mobile Friendly View of website lostThank you. Looking much better on my mobile phone now. Google is still reporting Mobile Usability errors saying the text is too small but I think I just need to wait for them to crawl the site again.

in reply to: Admin area is blankProblem resolved. The issue was caused by an unnecessary character that had been placed in the wp-config.php file – removing this cleared up the problem.
in reply to: Admin area is blankJust found out my hosting company had updated PHP from v5.6 to v7.2. Reverting back to v7.0 fixed the problem. What do I need to do to make my theme work with v7.2 please?

You can now mark this as resolved.
in reply to: Bullet point out of alignment in mobile viewThat would be great. Many thanks. I put this website together for a regular client of mine who runs a seasonal (Christmas) business – their shop is now open to customers and the owner noticed the problem. The business owner has been asking me when I will fix it.
