If this is what your costumer support looks like I am very surprised you got 5 stars on that theme.

If we dont get a solution until friday, or a detailed explanation why this still doesn’t work when you tell me it WILL work on the next update (and I waited long enough), then we will do what we have to and refund it give it 1 star and warn everyone they shouldn’t buy your theme.

Besides that, you lie in your themeforest site that it’s compatible with IE when it’s obviously not.

I hope you stop ignoring me and give me a good answer – I’m really disappointed with your company so far.

how long does this take? I doubt the Envato team needs 8 days to check a update. There are developers who update their theme twice a week.

Can you ask Envato how long this will take? I’m getting really nervous right now and I will have to refund it and build a new shop with a new template next week if there is still no update – my customer is really angry right now.

your screenshot isn’t from IE it’s from Microsoft Edge….

With only one CSS code this can’t be solved, sorry but the problems are way bigger than that. If you would have looked at the screenshots or the website I provided to you, you would have seen that – I feel a bit fooled by you tbh.

Will you work on your theme so it works in IE?In the description of your theme it says it works, but unfortunately it doesn’t.

sure. These are just a few examples which work in Chrome but don’t work in IE.

The products don’t show in the shop site, the nav is broken aswell and the animations don’t work. If I try to activate the animations the items which are affected are gone.

Hi Mihaila,

thank you very much it worked great! I can now start to translate the theme.

Unfortunately the Codeless Builder is updated to the latest version. It’s still not working. Any ideas?

If you need me to I can also create a user so you can login and look the problem up by yourself.
