I received this response from Bluehost regarding my issue.
I have checked error logs in our servers it shows error is at: public_html/wp-content/themes/folie/includes/codeless_builder/shortcodes/cl_media.php on line 31 . Please correct this script by contacting vendor of the theme. also ask them new server requirements for their scripts.
