Is there any way I can just get a refund? I need the site up and running now and have had to use a different theme as I don’t have time to wait for it. I’m sorry if this is inconvenient but I spent money on this and it doesn’t work at the moment and I have had to spend money on something else to make up for it so if I could get a refund I would highly appreciate it. Thank you.
Ok I uploaded my WordPress login and connected an FTP account. It says it is connected on FileZilla but I feel like its not working. I could also try giving my Cpanel login maybe to access the files? I feel like I may be better off just redownloading the theme.
Quick update, just figured out how to change slideshow, I was no clicking on the little “row” popup, but I got it now. I still have no content blocks though which was the main reason I bought this theme as I am not too experienced with website building. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
