I have updated several times – I have only had problems and have wasted a lot of time. I have also posted on the forums several times – and nothing that was suggested has worked.

I appreciate the help – but it’s not working and every other response I’ve had hasn’t helped either.

Please issue a refund asap.

I have the correct permissions with everything – all settings are correct – but still nothing.

Still getting stuck on Import Widgets. Also, it gets passed the installing plugins stage, but when I go off it, there’s still the “Codeless Visual Composer Backend” not installed…

This theme just isn’t working – other users are also having this issue.

Please fix this ASAP.

It seems to be working now all of a sudden. I’ll update this post when I’ve confirmed everything works.

EDIT: Now it’s getting stuck on importing Widgets..

I have tried that too – still nothing. I’ve added login information to my profile so you can take a look.
