I emailed, but nobody answered back. What’s going on. I have also discovered some potential new bugs.

1. Portfolio header image is not updating even when I change and update on the backend.
2. The countdown feature is not working – please let me know how to fix this so I can make my “Coming Soon” page.
3. Is there a way to create a newsletter signup? The “Call-to-Action” feature only has a button.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I feel like this may be the only way to get a response… Depending on price, I am open to having you customize the template to fix all of these issues and build the site, only if this involves screen sharing to show me how you are doing things or videos/articles describing your changes. I would hate to have a site we cannot change without hiring you guys as a 3rd party for every change/fix because the code is sensitive to change or malfunctioning. We need to know how to manage these issues from here forward. Otherwise this is false advertising with a bait-and-switch: marketing your extra services of customization that we have to pay for because the install and code is not as promised, malfunctioning, and content is not fully customizable from a front-end widget like promised. Colors are still not updating throughout the template when changing in setting/appearance/online editor.

Thank you for any assistance. We really want to make this work for us and any future clients we might have that want to purchase this template.

More bugs to report:

1. Online web editor “Apply” button does not work. So I cannot update your template with my branding.
2. I have received notification(s) that JetPack detects a threat in your shortcode. So I cannot make a custom page the way I want.
3. I cannot make a custom page using your page templates (no true template options to choose from within new page template dropdowns).
4. When I use the suggested WPBakery theme page editor, the front-end and back-end editing capabilities are compromised – they change the template a result in weird changes like entire sections turning into a button, etc.
5. Button styles for “light button” not updating.
6. Cannot edit home page slider button.
7. When I changed general slider settings of the home page it now only shows the slider on my home page and none of the default template content that I edited over the past hour.
8. Extra space element code not working.
9. Count down element code not working (also the widget asks for year, month, day, but the frontend says hours, minutes, seconds).
10. Second button on about us section styling is not updating.
11. Padding options on all sides for text block element don’t always work (ex. in column format, bottom padding did not work).

Please advise or apply a refund.
