Hey and thanks,
This will fix the problem? What are the proper instructions for updating the theme, without losing any progress made from previous version?
Thanks
in reply to: Header displaying off-screenHey there,
We’ve followed your instructions and there are no problems on our end.
Can you try again and/or can we do this another way?
Thanks
in reply to: Header displaying off-screenLooking forward to confirmation that you were able to get back-end access to our site to fix the header issue.
Thanks much.
in reply to: Header displaying off-screenI have added a user under my profile. It is a wordpress site. Since other pages can be fine without the custom code added for the header, I have determined it to be an issue with the codeless slider. When you find the solution, could I also get an explanation as well for the future. Thank you.

in reply to: Header displaying off-screenAs for the custom css, no that wouldn’t solve it. I tried it and used top:90px instead to actually make it look right but it does not solve it. The pictures in the links show that their is still a top white area almost like the codeless slider has some kind of margin and on top of that the header does not switch from light to dark.
in reply to: Header displaying off-screenThanks, we’ll let you know shortly.
Also, we use a plugin WCUF to allow customers to upload their photo before checkout. We have used this plugin with another site & theme. The plugin’s settings allows for us to choose where to display the uploader, in which we NEED it to display after variant options. The setting to display the uploader BEFORE Both Variable Dropdowns and Add-To-Cart works with no problems. Like I said, we need to choose the setting AFTER Both Variable Dropdowns and Add-To-Cart.
It does not appear and after already contacting the developer of the plugin, they ran a test to showcase that there is a theme conflict that’s not triggering properly. See here for the words from the plugin developer: “<span style=”color: #222222; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;”>The issue you are experiencing could depend that the template file used by your theme is not properly triggering the action fired after the variation selectors and before the add to cart button while rendering the page.” A</span><span style=”color: #222222; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;”><span style=”color: #333333; font-family: Georgia, ‘Times New Roman’, ‘Bitstream Charter’, Times, serif; font-size: 16px;”>ttached are pictures of the uploader showcasing in one setting and a picture of where we choose the options for displaying.
</span>Thanks!
