Yes this is what we want, but we want to implement this on checkout page rather than cart page.. because we have directly redirected customers to checkout page.
1st image shows Apply coupon option at checkout page (we need same way customer should be able to click on apply coupon)
2nd image a pop up window opens and whatever the coupons are available for that particular product according to the category those are listed and customer can click on that coupon and it is applied
