How can I maintain all settings when I update to the new theme?

As stated earlier, after installing new version, settings are lost and the Specular menu button is gone (and all customization options) so I have no way of using a backup of the settings (options).

That’s the problem.

Woocommerce was never installed, and will not be installed. The Specular theme is injecting those styles in the header.

I cannot find any setting on the theme that turns it off.
