The connection to the db is fine now. I’ve left the debug on in wp-config.

The way this was handled caused a client to take his business elsewhere. And now you ask me to pay for what…. Losing more clients?
It’s not my fault that the template / plugins you’re using breaks things. This has nothing to do with needing support. I’m just asking for a functioning product for the money that has been paid.
Besides that i already asked for instruction on the proper steps to update things. This way i don’t have to wait for two eternities to get something done here or my clients to disappear
