We now know what’s wrong: People need to tap the order button multiple times. Was that also during your test?

This problem doesn’t happen with another theme. We’ve also disabled plugins etc, that didn’t give the solution. Switching to another theme did. But we like Specular, so hopefully we can keep using it.

I cannot make a screenshot of the blocked process/console, because it’s only on iPhone.

Hi Eldo,

The issue has not been resolved. No one with an iPhone can place an order at our webshop. They get to the checkout page, and when they click on the ‘checkout’ button to forward to the payment screen, nothing happens. We got about 10 complaints so far and we cannot place an order ourselves with an iPhone.

We’ve tested with the standard Twenty Seventeen theme of WordPress and there, the checkout button works. We’re almost sure no other plugin interferes because the other theme works like a charm.

If you could please take a look and check, we would highly appreciate it.
