Hi,

I did as you said! Deactivated the plugin, deleted it and then refreshed the page and reinstalled it. However, I still have the same issue! I can’t access design, animation, and responsive tabs! The version I reinstalled is: 2.2.1, is this the updated version? I have not changed my username and password, feel free to log in and check it yourself. I would appreciate your fast action on this.

Hello!

So, I am having a problem with the WP bakery plugin too! I can’t save the changes I make to the design! I only have access to edits from the backend. This is extremely inconvenient and annoying!!! I have been having problems with your theme and its plugins for more than a week now. When is the update coming out?

Hi there,

Thanks for explaining the reason behind the bug and for suggesting to continue working with WP Bakery Builder. I just played around with it a little bit, and it seems similar to Codeless builder. Therefore, I will continue my work on that platform since I am way behind my timeline to finish my portfolio.
