in reply to: Missing Revolution SliderHello,
Could you resolve our issue earliest?
in reply to: Missing Revolution SliderHi, thanks that worked, however i wanted the slider revolution header just on the home page and rest other pages to be with the default version which you uploaded.
Whenever i select the slider revolution header, other pages also adopt the same header. Can you please help?
in reply to: Missing Revolution SliderHi, this worked fine, thanks. The slider is now visible on the website.
However when I purchased the theme, the pages were shown with the menu bar on the top. It is not visible on the current theme installed. Could you please help?
Test theme with menu: https://ibb.co/7N841Ff
Current theme without menu:https://ibb.co/27j2nSZ
Thanks
in reply to: Missing Revolution SliderOkay, let me explain this to you again. The theme which I have installed is Regn- Classic Agency. The theme is: https://codeless.co/regn/default/
The slider that you see when you load the website (with the man) does not display when I installed the theme on WordPress. The error is in the screenshot: https://ibb.co/dJNQxZG
I went to slider revolution->manual import-> and tried to import the file ‘slider_dummy_data’ as advised by you, but unfortunately that file doesn’t exist in the theme folder. I also downloaded the slider folders which was provided by you, I unzipped it and uploaded it. But again, I again got error messages (screenshots shared earlier: https://ibb.co/s1QC818 and https://ibb.co/16thZnw).
The recording which you sent was of a slider which was manually created. I don’t want to manually create any sliders. I want to import the ditto same slider which comes with the purchase of this theme.
Please advise as to how I can import the theme (not manually create)?
Hope this helps :)
Thanks
in reply to: Missing Revolution SliderNo, that is the slider which was custom-created by our developer. We have taken it down and want to paste the slider which was shown to us before we bought the theme. Please check the issue.
Thanks

The error message says- incompatible archive.
Could you please install this for us?
Thanks
in reply to: Missing Revolution SliderOr if you could set the slider for us, it would be great!
in reply to: Missing Revolution SliderAfter uploading the file in a .zip format, it shows an error message which says- <span style=”caret-color: #ffb818; color: #ffb818; font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, ‘Segoe UI’, Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, ‘Helvetica Neue’, sans-serif; font-size: 17px; font-weight: 600; text-align: center; background-color: rgba(50, 52, 56, 0.85098);”>slider_export.txt does not exist!</span>
in reply to: Missing Revolution SliderHi, thanks for getting back to me. But I’m not able to find the slider_dummy_data file in the theme file (as mentioned in the article). Could you please send over the file?
