Uninstall first both of them and than install the new one downloaded, if the issue is the same they will work..

Hello everyone, I have exactly the same issues with the following plugins:

WPBakery Visual Composer and LayerSlider WP

This two plugins need update and then activate, the update starts and it says that update finish. When I go back to plugins its same, need update again.

Can someone do help me ?
