Thank you very much for providing admin login credentials. Well, I have seen your website and the issue is you are using way older version of the theme. Just update your theme to the latest version and all will be working just fine.
NOTE: Before updating your theme make sure you keep backup of your website so you can revert in case any thing goes wrong. Also make sure you follow standard WordPress guidelines to update your theme so you avoid any loss.

My friend that is not design of faq page. You can choose only layouts from the item design tab which will show only available to that particular section/module.
