Right way to put your credentials is before you click on Reply button, just see there is a checkbox above that button on left side which states “Set as private reply” just check that and click button to post your credentials in right way.
That way only we support agents can see your credentials and no one else can see those. I hope you got whole scenario by now.
Kindly note visual composer short-codes will work inside your page content not in footer. If you want to have in footer you have to do it by customisation work.

Kindly if you see your website now it shows console js errors. Kindly remove any JS which you may added which is causing this issue. Once those errors are removed cart count will work as well.
