As mentioned in your other query there is some sort of issue in the demo data because a lot has changed in recent times code wise so we have to create that demo manually now and it can take time.
If you want to have refund you can open a refund request because we may add this in future updates but it can take some time as well.

Well, our team has checked and the issue is the page we built is with older methods while a lot has changed in the new theme and WordPress itself. So, it will require us to create those sections manually.
So, if you want a refund we can offer that too otherwise we will be creating those sections for you manually and it will take a bit of time as well.
