Premium themes may not show that update at times due to many reasons but your version of theme is older one. Note, make sure to keep full content backup along with files to avoid any data loss.

That is because you are using an older version of the theme. Kindly update your theme to latest version and it will be working fine. Also note, make sure to keep full backup with you to avoid any data loss in the process.

Hi,

I can see you are using an older version of the theme, kindly update your theme to the latest stable version and check again.

Also note, make sure you keep your full website files and content backup before proceeding, in case of any data loss you will have option to revert back. WordPress has changed a lot in the process so there are many plugin conflicts with older versions of theme.

If your issues persists after the updating process just let us know ?
